Add language patch. The game only allows you Japanese. The other languages must be downloaded. And if I download from the eshop they ban me

I am only able to see update for this game which i have added above.
Those are in game thing just like minecraft DLCs in app online things can’t be obtained as DLCs.
Let me research over that as for now its not possible.
