Not sure if you want to pin this Admin but the restored content DLC is not released yet and not included with NSP.
For instance the restored content mod on PC renames the first weapon you find in-game to Vibrocutter. Without the restored content it’s named Vibroblade.
Just checked in-game and it’s saying Vibroblade.

I think it includes everything as there is no separate DLC available for this game.
Yeah, I did some research after posting and the restored content DLC is post-launch. If I come back later when it’s out and it isn’t here, I’ll let you know. Thanks for what you do, man.
