Game works fine with the update installed on 14.1.2 (+ AMS 1.3.2) for me, if you run any firmware below 14.0.0 you will have to update. If the game still doesn’t start after the update to firmware 14.0.0+, you need to go to maintenance mode once, after that it will start. Nota bene: if the game displays an error code when you have airplane mode disabled, you can either enable airplane mode or press “close” on the error, press the Home button once and go back into the game, then it will start playing the intro videos. Works great on 14.0.0! There’s an error code but it doesn’t seem to actually matter, because the game still runs properly once the error message is dismissed ^^
Disregard my previous comment, every is working fine now (base game and update). Had to enable airplane mode which was a first for me.

Yup, seems to work with airplane mode off and without issue. A bit annoying as the controllers don’t work wirelessly with airplane off.
They work if you go into settings of airplane mode and turn on Bluetooth (as the description of the function states).

Doesn’t work, update will install but crash at boot. Just update your firmware (and switch to Atmosphere if you still run SXOS).
I was able to install the base game, but not the update. Neither TinFoil nor Goldleaf would do it. But, it was Goldleaf that reported the system firmware wasn’t current enough for the update.
I updated the Switch firmware/AMS from 13.2.0|1.2.5 to 14.1.2|1.3.2 and the update installed fine via Goldleaf. Game launches with no issues.
First time I’ve encountered an instance where the base game met the firmware requirements, but an update didn’t. Hope this helps someone having a similar problem.

I have a similar problem but to this day I didn’t have to update the firmware for my other hundreds of games. Does the update for this game really necessary?
I just updated to the newest firmware using AIO Updater and Daybreak, 14.1.2. I had to also go and grab the newest Atmosphere (in my case) because it wouldn’t work with my previous setup (maybe a bit outdated from 13.1 setup files), but the TMNT update works no problem with working 14.1.2.

Update causes an error (AMS 1.3.2 FW 14.1.2). it boots the game but then crashes and says error reinstall the game or something. installed using DBI (DB Installer).

Works with 14.1.1 however after the Nickelodeon screen, I get a white screen stays on for a minute or so then the game starts (no big deal for me) – maybe one to watch out for as the game may work for others ok.

Hello, I tried to install using Tinfoil 12.1 on 14.1.1|AMS 1.3.2|S. It displays Error Failed to read NSP metadata. I hope it helps.

Working on cfw 14.1.1 AMS 1.3.2JE however it gives an error at the start but loads up fine in about 10 seconds. Turtles lair does not work due to the same error. Whoever is getting the error at the start just be a bit patient as the game will load up.

Im 14.1.2 with AMS 1.3.2 and the game dont open without the update, but the with the update shows an error “Error 2123-001″ but then /5 seconds later/ it opens normally (i used awoo to install)

Game works fine with the update on 14.1.2 for me, if you update your firmware (which you will have to) it doesn’t hurt to go for latest, Atmosphere 1.3.2 and hekate 5.7.2 + latest sigpatches support this firmware. Also do yourself a favor and use any updated installer, like Tinfoil/Tinleaf/DBI or even TinWoo, not Awoo. Olá, pessoal, beleza? Por acaso vocês conseguiram colocar o game pra funcionar? Estou tentando instalá-lo com vários apps e nada! Sempre que tento abrí-lo após a instalação, informa que preciso atualizar o Switch, mas ele já está atualizado (14.1.2) e todos os outros games funcionam tranquilamente!

Instalei pelo DBI, aqui está aparecendo um erro, estou no firmware 14.1.1 e o GNX anterior ao atual do 14.1.2, porém, apesar do erro está dando pra jogar
